Andorra  Principato Questo è uno stato nelle montagne Pyrennes tra Francia e Spagna. Ha una superficie di circa 170 chilometri quadrati e una popolazione di oltre 60.000. Tre sono le lingue parlate: catalano, spagnolo e francese. La Commissione ha ricevuto una richiesta di riconoscimento del Gran Maestro della Gran Loggia di Andorra-umsoi che ne attesti la Gran Loggia si è costituita con sette logge di denominazione di loro e che la Gran Loggia aveva adottato la costituzione della Gran Loggia della California. Il Venerabile Fratello Lemon Douglas, Past Gran Maestro della California, è stato autorizzato dal Gran Maestro della California per assistere alla consacrazione di questa Gran Loggia, che si è tenuta a Monaco con 4 logge presenti composte di fratelli italiani residenti nel Principato di Andorra le 7 logge presentate per l’omologazione Sono: San Jordi-San Lorenzo-Saint Juan-fratelli di Andorra, Migth e Libertà-Zarathustra-Avesta-A. Pike di fratelli italiani (UMSOI) 
 La Commissione ha informato il Gran Maestro che ha richiesto ai sensi delle norme di legittimità del riconoscimento di origine per le logge in cui è stata fondata la Gran Loggia. E ’stato fornito una copia del libro Commissione “Gran Loggia riconoscimento”.

Gran Loggia Nazionale Francaise (GLNF) ha due logge costituente in Andorra e la Gran Loggia di Spagna ha un lodge in Andorra. Nessuno di queste logge sono coinvolti in questa Gran Loggia.

From the report of the Commission on Information for Recognition of the Conference of Grand Masters of Masons in North America 1997 - printed in the report of that Conference, at pages 178-179:This is a state in the Pyrennes Mountains between France and Spain. It has an area of about 170 square miles and a population of more than 60,000. Three languages are spoken: Catalan, Spanish, and French.The Commission has received a request for recognition from the Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Andorra-umsoi stating that this Grand Lodge was constituted with seven lodges naming them and that the Grand Lodge had adopted the constitution of the Grand Lodge of California. The Most Worshipful Brother Douglas Lemons, Past Grand Master of California, was authorized by the Grand Master of California to be present at the consecration of this Grand Lodge, which the commission understands was held in Monaco pricipatp 4 loggie present composed of brothers Italians residing in Andorra on 7 loggie submitted for approval Saint Jordi- Saint Lorenz-Saint Juan- from Andorra Brothers,  Migth and Freedom- Zarathustra- Avesta- A.Pike from Italian brothers (UMSOI) The Commission advised the Grand Master that it required under the standards of recognition legitimacy of origin for the lodges on which the Grand Lodge was founded. He was furnished a copy of the Commission book “Grand Lodge Recognition.”

Grand Lodge National Francaise (GLNF) has two constituent lodges in Andorra and the Grand Lodge of Spain has one lodge in Andorra. None of these lodges are involved in this Grand Lodge.
